Chef Tita of Koquito specializes in Puerto Rican food, but new age - Plant Based and quality focused. Her dishes are inspired by her Nana, Myriam Cruz, but her recipes are a combination of all the self-taught cooks in her familia.
Chef Jen Vazquez crafts delicious homestyle Vegan Mexican comfort foods. Her specialties include but are not limited to jackfruit birria tacos and tamales, as well as homemade salsas that highlight her roots and family.
Channeling skills given to her by her late grandmother "Big Barb", Chef Net makes Southern-Style Soul Food! She is happiest when serving her community on a large scale as she knows her grandmother would be very proud of her.
