Chef Freida's journey began with a deep appreciation for her Haitian heritage and a desire to share the unique flavors and spices of his culture with the world. Drawing inspiration from her grandmother's treasured recipes and the vibrant street food scene in Haiti, she embarked on a mission to create a food business that would transport people to the colorful streets and vibrant markets of her homeland.
Meet Joon a Korean immigrant who ventured to the USA to immerse himself working diligently in Sushi restaurants. With a keen eye for detail and natural flair for creativity, Joon quickly honed his skills, mastering the precise techniques required to create exquisite sushi. Joon's journey had transformed him into a respected sushi chef, known for his impeccable technique and culinary ingenuity.
Peachy embarked on her culinary journey, where she sought to showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Filipino cuisine while incorporating elements of American gastronomy. Through extensive training and hands-on experience, she honed her skills and mastered the art of blending traditional Filipino ingredients with modern culinary techniques.
